Thank you so much to everyone who came to support the opening of our new nature walk yesterday. It was just so lovely to have the site full of folks enjoying our community garden. The skies were grey but it didn't dampen anyone's spirits. Thanks also to our hard-working volunteers and the ladies from our craft group who have given so much time and energy over the last few weeks to help us bring this project together. On the day we had James Elliot cutting the ribbon, Rhubarb Theatre putting on their Wonderland of Games and the Busy Bees entertaining us. Today was so important to us as it's a new start for Green Futures and we've got exciting ideas for our future.

The whole project has been created by a collection of lovely people including Rachel Spencer, Allen Stichler Woodcarving, Alison Walling of Lincolnshire Willow, Lucy, Wendy and Amethyst from What If We Create, the students at CATCH, Sean at Focus7, Chelsey and The Culture House, Arts Council England, CreateNEL and the Levelling Up fund.
